– 40 ml Whitley Neill blood orange gin
– 20 ml of Aperol
– 40 ml of grapefruit juice
– Grapefruit wedge and a sprig of basil for garnish
Add the gin, aperol and grapefruit juice over a large ice cube in a splash glass.
Gently stir and blend the flavors.
Top up the glass with soda or sparkling water to lengthen it.
Garnish with a piece of grapefruit and a sprig of basil.
